Fantastic Food

We had a party and ordered a pork shoulder from Carter Brothers. It was excellent and it fed a huge crowd and we still had leftovers! I would definately recommend them for any large gathering.

The food is fast, good and "too much"...My favorite is sliced pork , with potato salad (perfectly made), and fried okra (the onion rings are "tempura" style and sometimes soggy). For breakfast I like the grilled pork tenderloin, with gravy and a side of tomato. My husband's favorite is the beef ribs (fall off the bone goodness!) and the baked spaghetti dinner .

If you're in the mood for BBQ, this is it!!!

We were furniture shopping in High Point and looking for a good place to get some local BBQ. We were fortunate enough to happen upon Carter Brother's, which has excellent BBQ and french fries. I highly recommend the Texas Q sandwich and strawberry cake. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
