The other reviewer must have a chip on her shoulder because I have never had a bad experience! I love Reflections. It's a family owned business that cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they're happy. The atmosphere is great, it's very high-class without the high prices some of the snobby salons would charge. Give them a try and I promise that you won't be sorry! They will make you feel like a princess from the moment you walk in the door. The service is exceptional and the people are extremely talented and friendly. I live in the outskirts of Winston-Salem and I make the drive every month just because I think the world of Renee and her family... In these hard economic times, don't support the huge corporate salons! Keep your money local and help support the little guys! I recently made an appointment here for 6 pm. I arrived at 5:50 and walked in with my husband who drove me. The bell to the door jingled and a stylist from the back of the salon came up, looked at us and walked back without saying a word. We walked into the waiting area after peeking into the front styling room, which was full of people. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us. We sat down anyway. Thirty minutes later not a soul has spoken to us, and I'm now well past my appointment time. I am also 6 months pregnant and in dire need of this haircut! As we have waited, one of the stylist's teenage daughter has been walking back and forth through the waiting area chatting loudly on the cell phone about some inappropriate subjects. Even she neglected to note our presence. Finally in tears, I walked out. I am still searching for a better salon... I guess this place isn't interested in new clients.

the service is real good. the people are nice. nice seats. very nice job on nails look great
